The Government is committed to helping increase the amount of ultra-low emission vehicles on the road. The Office of Low Emission Vehicles (OLEV) was set up to help support the wider adoption of electric vehicles in the UK and entitles you to money off specific low emission vehicles as well as money off electric charger installation.
If you’re looking to buy a low emission vehicle and charge point for home or work, the OLEV Grant is the way to go. We will help you access the government funded OLEV grant and if you are eligible for the OLEV grant it can reduce the cost of your installation by up to £350 per unit.
House Rescue was the appointed installer for a Hypervolt charger. Dealings with the team at House Rescue were mostly by Whatsapp, I found them very responsive. On the day, Jack and his colleague arrived on time and worked very efficiently, so the install was completed within a couple of hours. Price was very competitive compared with other similar charger installation quotes. I highly recommended House Rescue Electrical. Cheers, guys!

Jack and his team installed my x2 Hypervolts in my 2nd home in "Grenville" (Facebook: Enjoy London Life) I recently had Brand New Driveway for 2 cars done, though I don't have a EV yet as I am waiting delivery the new installation went absolutely smooth, Jack from start was very accommodating with requests, advising what to go for, what materials I should be getting as I had my builders install the 6mm EV Ultra cable, what I mean as part of the new driveway we had the buried the cables which both HyperVolts installed on Pedestals. Absolutely amazing job first time and totally recommend. Price very fair and pleased👏👏👌👍

Made installing an EV charger easy and stress free (after issues with other household name companies). Very professional, friendly and helpful from the start. All the paperwork was easy and straightforward and they applied for the govt grant on my behalf. Excellent communication about what was required prior to instal, on the day and set up/how to use the charger. Excellent non bias advice too. If you’re looking to have an EV charger installed look no further. Wish I’d found them sooner and avoided all the grief from others out there.

I can't recommend Jack and team enough. I bought a run down Victorian flat last year. The electrics were sketchy (at best) and they eventually packed in last weekend. Home rescue quite literally came to my rescue sorting a complex and challenging job in a really quick and considerate manner. I asked for a Wednesday appointment to replace a pull cord which wasn’t working. Jack responded very quickly and gave me clear information on appointment time and cost.When he arrived on time, Jack was very polite and quickly solved the issue and fitted the new part.He also tested another light for me. Very highly recommended. Very good at what they do, reasonably priced, on time, explained the problem and solution well, easy to communicate with... everything you want from an electrician.We have worked with 5 other electricians for various jobs - none of whom we would work with again! We had an electrical issue which others had failed to solve despite many visits over many months - Jack diagnosed the problem on his first visit and fixed it on his second visit. He was less expensive than others and was great at customer service. We will only call Jack for electrical issue from now on...

Jack was fantastic. He is very friendly and helpful. He advised me by phone how to establish what the problem was and isolate the cause of my fuse box tripping so saving me paying him to do the same investigation.I really appreciated that I learned from the conversations as to what to do if it happened again.
